Having full visibility into a client’s mortgage application—without jumping between multiple systems—is crucial. That’s why we built an improved application view in Hemlock, designed to give you a centralized, read-only snapshot of all client application data in one place.

Why This Matters

Previously, Hemlock and RUDI had gaps in how application data was displayed and accessed. Loan officers often had to navigate between systems to view transaction details, loan scenarios, and PII—slowing down workflows and creating inefficiencies.

This new application view bridges those gaps, allowing you to quickly access all critical loan information within Hemlock, including:

Transaction Details – Get a full breakdown of the loan structure and deal specifics.
Scenario & Loan Data – View key borrower financials and eligibility details.
PII Access – See all necessary personal details while maintaining data security.

Key Enhancements

🔹 Read-Only View for Now – Loan officers can review all client application data in Hemlock, while edits remain available in RUDI/Elroy via HQ support or Quantum Leap.
🔹 Expanded Compatibility – This project also enabled ReFi and off-product support in multiple Hemlock views, including the dashboard and client view.
🔹 Streamlined Workflows – By centralizing application data, loan officers can work more efficiently, reducing the need to toggle between platforms.

How This Helps You

Faster Decision-Making – With all application data in one place, you can evaluate loan scenarios quickly and accurately.
Smoother Workflows – No more jumping between Hemlock and RUDI to find the information you need.
Better Client Management – A unified view makes it easier to track and manage client progress through the loan process.

This update brings more efficiency, visibility, and flexibility to your workflow, helping you stay on top of applications and better serve your clients—all from within Hemlock!
