Hemlock users can now run Fannie Mae’s Automated Underwriting System within Hemlock and get eligibility results and findings instantly.
Loan officers looking to run their own pricing or eligibility results using a Fannie File, these are now accessible in Hemlock Pricing tab. The findings are formatted in xml, and contain all of the client’s application data, plus the loan option selected. Clients still need to fill out the entire application before being able to generate a Fannie File for them. This feature is only supported for on product loans.
