Currently, when a homebuyer who has not been assigned a broker (“brokerless”) schedules a call through the Elroy “Book a call” or “Get in touch” links, it takes them to a Calendly round robin which is assigned to a HQ loan officer. The volume of users looking to chat with a loan officer and get matched with one is increasing, causing HQ to split time between helping customers and sales. This experience is jarring and makes it harder to develop relationships.

This update replaces the Calendly link with a button that allows homebuyers to indicate their interest in being matched with an loan officer as an interim solution, until they are assigned a broker. This will send an event, and the actual workflow of reviewing + matching the lead will exist off product by HQ. Eventually, we will automate this process by matching the lead directly in Elroy as they indicate interest.
