Released a new “document hub” that allows both homebuyers and loan officers to manage documents outside of the Closing Tracker (CT).

This new feature allows loan officers and borrowers to manage and share their loan related documents across the product. The document hub provides a centralized place to view all documents, where individual tools like pre-approval, the application, and the financial profile offer specific views relevant to that experience or set of finances.

Documents will now be associated with a specific asset, income, or REO when added during a product flow. Other documents can be uploaded as a standalone file in the document hub pre or post application. To better communicate across the platform, you’ll have more flexibility with functionality like adding a note, renaming, and connecting it to various financial items.
